I believe people do their best when they feel understood and I know first-hand what it’s like to juggle a busy life with a brain that doesn’t always want to play along.

My own ADHD diagnosis brought a deeper level of understanding to work I had already been drawn towards for years.  It reinforced something I now see daily in coaching - that high capability and struggle can sit side by side, and that real change happens when people are supported to work with their brains, not against them.

I hold a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching, and I am currently completing a Master’s degree in Coaching for Behavioural Change, deepening my expertise in both the psychology of coaching and evidence-based practice.

Prior to this my professional background spans commercial leadership, brand development, IT, restorative justice and education, alongside academic study in Criminal Justice (BA hons) and Criminology & Criminal Psychology (MSc).

Across every role, one theme has remained constant - understanding people, behaviour and what helps individuals thrive.

Today, I coach individuals and partner with organisations to support sustainable growth, particularly where ADHD and neurodivergence are part of the picture.  My approach is collaborative, grounded and thoughtfully challenging, blending psychological insight with practical real-world application.  Clients often tell me they feel both understood and stretched - supported enough to think clearly, and challenged enough to move forward.

My career path has been anything but linear.  From police work to scuba instruction to commercial leadership and more.  All those twists and turns have given me a deep respect for how people tick, how we adapt, and how purpose often shows up in the least expected places.

Outside of work, I live in Marlow, Bucks with my husband and two daughters (plus dogs).  I’m a keen runner, love a good murder mystery, and firmly believe that seasonal snacks are the best kind of food!
