Coaching that empowers neurodivergent minds to thrive...
...in their work, personal lives and every area in between
Coaching is a collaborative conversation that helps you cut through the noise, think clearly, and move forward with confidence.
In today’s non-stop world, our brains are constantly 'on' - juggling to-dos, notifications, and everyone else’s expectations - coaching gives you the rare space to pause, breathe, and actually hear yourself think.
I won’t tell you what to do, and I don’t come in with a rigid plan. Each session unfolds around what’s happening for you in that moment.
Together, we’ll explore what really matters, look at things from new angles, challenge unhelpful patterns, and find practical ways forward that work for you and your unique brain
Yes. I hold a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching (PCEC) from Henley Business School and am a member of both the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Association for Coaching (AC).
I am currently completing an MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change and working towards ICF accreditation.
If you’ve ever thought “I know what I should be doing, I just can’t seem to do it…” or “I keep getting stuck in the same patterns…”, then coaching can help you untangle that and find a clearer, more sustainable way forward.
I am not here to give you all the answers or a step-by-step guide but we will work together to help you understand yourself better and find the best way forward for you.
Both!
I work online via Zoom with clients across the UK, and in person in Marlow area.
Some people like a mix of both — whatever helps you think best.
I have a small studio room in central Marlow but I also love to take my coaching outdoors so, if you prefer, we can grab a coffee and go for a walk along the river. It's always exciting to see how being out in nature can soothe the soul and calm the mind.
Sessions are usually 60 minutes and whilst I like to hold them in person I also work online if that is more convenient.
Each session is tailored to you, it's part reflection, part conversation, part strategy and always focused on helping you move forward.
It depends on your goals.
Some people come for a short series of sessions (3–6) to focus on something specific, while others prefer ongoing coaching (6–12+) for deeper change.
We’ll decide together what’s right for you and will revisit this regularly to make sure you are getting the most from your coaching.
Head to the Get Started page to book a free 30-minute discovery call. It’s relaxed, confidential, and gives us both a sense of whether we’re the right fit.
I'm also happy to answer any questions you have before the call. Drop me an email at hello@neonmind.co.uk
I currently work with adults (18+). However, I do offer support coaching for parents and family members who want to better understand and support neurodiverse children or teens.
What you share in coaching stays between us - I don't even keep notes from our sessions.
I work in line with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics, which means your privacy and trust are central to everything I do.
The only exceptions would be if I ever had serious concerns about your safety or the safety of others - and even then, I would always discuss it with you first wherever possible.
Because understanding ADHD from the inside out changes everything.
I don’t just know about ADHD, I’ve lived it, worked with it, and learned how to thrive alongside it.
That means I recognise the patterns beneath the surface: the motivation swings, the creative bursts, the self-doubt, and the constant search for 'enough'.
You won’t need to translate or justify how your brain works, I already speak that language.
My lived experience gives me empathy, my coaching training gives me structure, and together, they help you turn self-awareness into real, practical change
Yes!
I absolutely love to give talks on neurodiversity, ADHD awareness, and creating inclusive workplaces.
I can speak at business events, schools, and community organisations, and will tailor topics to your audience.
